From Waste to High-Performance Material

1. Waste Upcycling & Sterilization

We accept **all types of waste**, including challenging streams like **medical waste**. Our initial process involves advanced thermal and chemical sterilization, ensuring all materials are disinfected to **hospital-quality standards** before being processed further.

2. Hemp Fiber Integration

Carbon-sequestering hemp fibers are introduced as the primary structural reinforcement. The natural strength and low density of the hemp are leveraged to create a material with a superior strength-to-weight ratio.

3. Deeptech Material Synthesis

Our proprietary **Deeptech** process uses AI-driven optimization and unique high-pressure, low-temperature synthesis to bond the upcycled waste and hemp fibers at a molecular level. This creates the high-density structural panels with a tensile strength of up to **2232 MPa**.

4. Circular Manufacturing

The entire process is designed for the **Circular Economy**. All byproducts and process waste are re-integrated into the next batch, resulting in a near-zero waste manufacturing footprint. This closed-loop system is deployed via our modular **OnePress** factories.
